La semana pasada se celebró en San Francisco la Game Developers Conference, una de las citas más importantes del sector de los videojuegos. Ya os contamos que este año los juegos para móviles iban a tener un gran protagonismo. Parte de ese protagonismo les vino en la entrega de los Pocket Game Awards, entregados por la web británica Pocket Gamer, que premiam a los títulos lanzados para iPhone, para teléfonos móviles en general y para consolas portátiles.
Una de las triunfadoras de estos premios fue la empresa Gameloft, que recibió tres galardones. Además del premio a la mejor editora de juegos para iPhone, Gameloft también se alzó con los premios al mejor juego de acción/arcade para iPhone por el título N.O.V.A. Near Orbit Vanguard Alliance, y al mejor juego de acción/arcade para móviles por Zombie Infection.
Otro de los que mejor fortuna han tenido en estos reconocimientos ha sido Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars, que fue elegido mejor juego de acción/arcade para consolas portátiles, mejor juego para consolas portátiles y mejor juego del año.
